PaddyPals — Refund & Return Policy

At PaddyPals, your little one's safety and your satisfaction come first. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If your PaddyPals product isn't perfect for your little dreamer, just reach out — no complicated hoops.

Return Conditions
- Items should be returned in their original condition with packaging where possible.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, products must be clean and free from damage caused by misuse.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@paddypals.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with simple instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you a confirmation and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@paddypals.co with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — return shipping is on us in this case.

Exchanges
Would you like a different design? Start a return and place a new order, or email us and we'll help arrange the exchange.

Return Shipping
If your item is damaged or defective, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the timeframe above, please check with your bank first, then contact us at support@paddypals.co and we'll help track it down.
