PaddyPals — Shipping Policy

We know you can't wait to give your little one their PaddyPals — here's how we get it to you.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 hours (1–3 business days) of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates
- FREE standard shipping on all orders over $40.
- Orders under $40: a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

International Shipping
We're proud to ship to families in 30+ countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Delays
While we do everything we can to ship on time, PaddyPals isn't responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
